About MHS
ABOUT MHS  Millennium High School (MHS) was founded in 2002 with a $500,000 grant from New Visions for Public Schools.  Lower Manhattan's Community Board 1 raised $14 million to build the school, which is located on the 11th, 12th and 13th floors of 75 Broad Street.  MHS enrolls approximately 550 students.  Teachers are available every day after school for extra help.  An active Parents' Association offers families further resources, initiates programs and raises funds to support them.

MISSION
MHS provides a rigorous liberal arts academic program.   We prepare graduates for a college of choice and empower students through the setting and reaching of goals.  MHS also believes in teacher leadership and provides an extensive professional development program based on content, pedagogy, youth development and advisement.
