Upper House Courses
The Upper House at Millennium High School is designed to allow students to choose their classes while fulfilling all graduation requirements. As a rising junior or senior, you will use the guidelines and form provided below to request your academic program for the 2008-09 school year. Click on the following links to download the documents. Upper House Course Selection Overview (1 page) Upper House Course Selection Form (2 pages) Upper House Course Descriptions (7 pages) Add/drop request deadline: you must submit your completed form with ALL signatures to Mr. Handel’s or Ms. Marchetti’s mailbox no later than Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 3:00pm. You MUST follow your current program until you are notified of changes, if any, in writing. New programs will be distributed on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. Please do not assume that your request will be fulfilled by simply submitting this form. |
